Alright so today will be my 5th day of sickness.
Since Tuesday, i have been down with fever until Thursday.
Later that Thursday i felt a little bit better
BUT
I wake up tomorrow morning and i felt so cold, like icicles are going through my bones like 'menusuk kalbu/meresap ke tulang' kind of feeling

and i was laying on the couch, wrap like a tortilla under my blanket to keep warm.

I didnt do a single thing that day until about two hour before my family arrive back from Perak.

today i was feeling well and was able to join the Hari Wilayah festival and GOT ON TV!!!!
for those of you watched it, watched it
who didnt, too bad

but all in all 
HAVE A GOOD WILAYAH PERSEKUTUAN DAY!

I'm one of those people who shed silent tears in the shower. I'm one of those people who hugs their knees and bury their heads in them. I'm one of those people who pick on everything they see in the mirror. I'm one of those people who run their fingers all over their body hoping it'll heal. I'm one of those people who are so badly damaged yet everyone seems to think otherwise. I can't help but be just another one of those people and feel sorry for myself and I know there's no way I'm ever going to get out of this spiral of misery.
